How do I create an account?
Click on the icon at the top right and go to "Create Account". Choose "Log in with Facebook" if you want to create an account with your Facebook account; or create an account with your email address.
Can I cancel my order?
In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 15 minutes. After these 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee cancellation of the order.
What happens if an item is sold out?
Can I receive my jewelery with a gift package?
All jewels are packaged with Mephobia Jewels signature packaging.

What type of materials do you use?
Our products are made of 925 silver. Some of our products are made with 925 silver and plated in 18k rose gold or yellow gold. It is anti-fog and anti-allergic. The stones used are zircons and freshwater pearls. The components vary from one product to another.
Can 925 silver jewelry cause allergies?
mephobia jewels are carefully handcrafted. All stones are set by hand using high jewelery techniques. The treatments used allow our jewels to have a 2-year guarantee regardless of their use. However, impacts, abrasive products and improper use can alter the quality of the jewel more quickly.
What products are available on mephobia.com?
Necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings and pendants are available on the Mephobia jewels website.

What payment methods do you accept?
mephobiajewels.com accepts the following payment types for online purchases: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Union Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, ShopPay, and Apple Pay on mobile only. When you select PayPal as your payment method at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal website to log in and view the amount before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is completed, you will be redirected to mephobiajewels.com.
Is my payment secure?
The privacy of our customers is very important to us.
All personal and payment information submitted is encrypted for your security.
What is my credit card security code?
A security code consists of 3 or 4 digits. This code is used to secure online sales transactions. For American Express credit cards: The 4-digit code is printed on the front of the card, to the right of the main credit card number. For all other credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover...): the 3-digit code is printed on the back of the credit card, in the signature box.
Will I be charged VAT separately?
All prices displayed online at mephobiajewels.com include VAT.

What types of shipping does Mephobia Jewels use?
Depending on the country and the service selected (express, standard), the courier responsible for delivering your order will be one of those in this list: SDA, INPOST, BRT.
Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment we ship to Italy and Europe.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery times depend on the product ordered.
For non-customizable products:
You will receive your order within 7

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking code when your order ships.
You can use this number to track your order on the chosen courier's website.
If you access your account online, you can also track your delivery by selecting My Account and clicking on My Orders.
How can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may change your shipping address.
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot change your shipping address. You will need to contact the courier in your country directly.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Making a jewel has never been so simple! Products purchased on mephobiajewels.com can be returned up to thirty days from the date of receipt. We will accept unworn, unused and undamaged products, and accompanied by the original Mephobia Jewels packaging.
How can I exchange or return a product?
Return your jewelry in its original packaging. Please tell us the tracking code via email to mephobiajewels@gmail.com . We will process your request within 5 working days of receiving your jewelry. After receiving the products, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund. * Please note that Mephobia jewels is not responsible for shipping costs for exchanges and returns. You can choose your favorite courier and insurance to insure your package. Mephobia jewels will not be responsible for any losses in transit.
Can I change or return a personalized item?
If the production process of your personalized jewelry has not yet started, you can modify or cancel your order. Unfortunately, customized product orders cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or returned once the manufacturing process has begun.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be issued within 5 (five) working days after inspection of the returned product in our warehouse, via the customer's original payment method. How long are the necklaces?
Most of our necklaces have an adjustable length, between 42cm and 65cm.
How do I know my bracelet size?
Most of our bracelets have an adjustable length, between 16cm and 21cm. For more information click here .

GIFT CARD
Where and how can they use my Gift Card?
You can use the Gift Card using the code received via email during the purchase phase on mephobiajewels.com. Gift cards can be used without limits until the balance is exhausted. If you purchase jewelry whose value is higher than that of the gift card, you can pay the difference by choosing another payment method. You can only use one gift card for each purchase. However, you can combine it with a discount code and other payment methods available at checkout.
Does the Gift Card have an expiration date?
The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Have I lost my Gift Card code?
Mephobia jewels is not responsible for the loss or cancellation of your Gift Card code.
Can I return a jewel purchased with a Gift Card?
Jewelry purchased with gift cards may be exchanged but not returned for a refund.
Can the Gift Card be returned or exchanged?
The Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged. However, jewelry purchased with a Gift Card can be exchanged.
How can I check the available balance of my lift card?
You cannot check the balance of your gift card but you can contact our customer care to find out.
